This week, I am working with my favorite Tarot deck- my go to deck. The Wayfarer Tarot is a co creation of me and Margaret Shipman's. Margaret is the artist, and I am the author of the guide book. This deck works well with me. It speaks loudly and the messages are easy to read and understand. This is our first deck, focused on fixing the problems that I have had in teaching Tarot! The reading begins with the Ace of Wands. If this is your reading, you are being handed a Wand. You have the opportunity right now to change your whole life- and you have some luck on top of it to make it all happen. The key now is to act. If you have been pondering possibilities, it is time to take a step forward. It is an opportunity of Fire- don't think about it too long or it may go out!
The X of Air appears next showing you walking a very long and challenging path to get where you are right now. Nothing has come easy for you, and you have had to fight for everything that you have. You have beliefs that it will always be like this, and this may hold you back from taking a step forward. While you have survived the most challenging suit of the Tarot deck, you are at the end of it. Something new is beginning.
The X of Earth shows you happy and prosperous, sitting around a table with your friends and family. Your roots go into the ground, and you feel like you are safe and secure. This is the suit of work, and it will take a lot of effort and willpower to get here. It will not come from a job opportunity- rather, an idea or inspiration that you have. This is a sign that it will ultimately be successful.
The key to this reading is The Empress. You have something to create right now. You will have to come up with the idea, put it out into the world, nurture and feed it- and then it will be successful. The key is that you are meant to create things from scratch and make them happen in the world. You have the skills to make this happen- you can see ideas in your head and then make them work in the world. If only you will believe that.
Here's what I see. This is clear. You have been going through a challenging time- either life or work wise. You are now at the end of that cycle, even if that is not easy to believe. You have an idea- something that you have always wanted to make happen. It would really transform your life and change everything. It has been coming to you for a while, but it is hard for you to believe that something like this will work out for you. The cards are telling you that your idea would be prosperous and successful- even giving you roots to put into the ground, money to invest and something to pass down. To move forward with this, you have to take a step. It is time to create something, and this will take time, energy and confidence. Stop pondering it and create it. You are the Empress- able to wave a wand and make a whisp of a dream into reality. Start working on it. Every day, focus your attention on manifesting your goal. If you do this, you will be successful.
