Greetings to the friends of Iris X Readings! This week's reading was done on The Pulp Tarot by Todd Alccott. I love this vibrant deck for its startling clarity. It doesn't mess around in readings. The reading begins with the Two of Wands. If this is your reading, you have an idea. You are currently working on plans to make everything happen. There are a lot of details and things that have to be figured out all at once. But you are feeling really positive about the future right now. You just have to figure out the small steps and details. You are looking at all possibilities.
The next card is the Eight of Cups. You need a good long walk in the woods or by the sea alone. You have a vision that you are trying to pull together, and this takes time and focus. You still feel like there is something that is missing in your plan, and you need some quiet to figure it all out. The core of your answers are with you.
The Six of Wands shows you coming to a place of success and victory. Just a bit of space to yourself does wonders! You are going to be in a successful place where people are cheering you on. Your goals will be accomplished and what you are dreaming about comes true.
The key is the Seven of Pentacles. You are in a time period where you are meant to plant your seeds for the future. Some of the things that you are doing will have long term effects that you may not immediately see. You will have to be patient- planting the seeds/intentions that you have to come to fruition in its time. Don't worry if things move slowly- you are building up on something that is going to go well.
Here's what I see. If this is your reading, you have a really good idea. There is a lot that you have to work out- but you have a feeling that you have a goal that you can accomplish. But you still have to figure a lot out. There are pieces to the puzzle that are missing, and you are the one that has the missing pieces. You could use some time to yourself to have a vision quest. You don't have to move fast right now, but it is very important to move intentionally. You are heading straight towards success and victory, and you want to start to live intentionally so that you can be in charge of how your future is going to look. Trust yourself, and know that it is ok if you are having to move slowly. You are going to get where you are heading, and build a foundation for the future.
